Description

Our sea biscuits are made of simple ingredients: flour, vanilla, lemon and a dusting of sugar. Similar to the ‘journey bread cakes’ which were issued to the sailors on the Royal Naval vessels in the late 1700s. If you want to take a shot of Black Rum with your biscuit, like the sailors did at the end of their watch, be our guest. Or simply enjoy this crumbly delight with a nice cuppa.
